1. Acceptance of Terms

All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 4.2 Deposit Conditions

4.4 Currency

The 777w platform operates exclusively in PKR. Any currency conversion costs associated with deposits originating from a non-PKR source are the Player's sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 777w offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all 777w promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonus offers are subject to individual wagering requirements, which will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonuses must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a defined period from the date of issuance. Unused bonuses and associated winnings may be removed from the account on expiry.

• Creating multiple accounts, or allowing a third party to operate an account on your behalf;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777w staff or other players through any communication channel.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 777w may immediately suspend or permanently close the affected account, void all pending bets and transactions, and withhold any balance pending investigation. 777w may also report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777w platform, including but not limited to the 777w name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 777w or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 777w content without prior written consent.

777w shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 777w has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777w does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 777w shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or delays caused by third parties including payment processors and telecommunications providers.

11. Suspension & Termination

777w reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Player;
• Any regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement necessitating account closure.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting 777w support. On closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, net of any amounts properly withheld in accordance with these Terms.
